Help us build the world's most impactful platform to engage employees in climate action.
Mix and match between working from our office at WeWork in Edinburgh and WFH, or being fully remote. There’s even scope to work from abroad for short periods (within tax limits), but you do need the right to work in the UK.
We operate a core hours policy of 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00, Monday through Friday. Outside of this, the week is yours to fulfil your contracted hours when you feel most productive.
More and more, people are searching for purpose at work. Pawprinters can sleep at night knowing they’re contributing to one of the world’s most pressing issues.
B Corp status is really, really important to Pawprint. It means we are legally required to consider the impact of our decisions on workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.
Few Pawprinters have been through the exact same hiring process as their peers. This is because we’re committed to finding the right candidate and all candidates are different.
That being said, the same basic principles apply, and having an idea of what to expect from the hiring process can alleviate a lot of anxiety. So here’s how we do it:
Apply for a role or share your CV/portfolio with Susie, our Talent Advisor. If your application stands out she’lll get in touch to schedule a virtual meeting.
This gives Susie the opportunity to ask about your career to date, what inspires/motivates you and why you are interested in us here at Pawprint.
If the stars align you will move on to a more in-depth interview with your potential line manager. This stage sometimes involves a live or prepared skills test.
With some roles we make an offer after stage 3. More often than not however, there’s a final stage interview which tends to involve a presentation to senior leaders.
